Modification or Cancellation Window

You have a 6-hour window from the time of placing your order to request any modifications or cancellations. After this period, the order may already be in progress and cannot be changed.

Requesting Changes

Handling Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, modifications are not possible. In such cases, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our Returns and Refunds Policy for any changes or returns. This policy ensures you can still make necessary adjustments even if the order has been dispatched.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

For orders canceled within the specified 6-hour timeframe, we will process a refund to the original payment method. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
