We provide free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States countries typically takes 3-7 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of approximately 10-17 business days.

Note*: All of our handmade products are manufactured at partner workshops in Southeast Asia, such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. They will then be shipped here to the United States. Please note that our products are handmade and custom-made. Depending on the complexity of each order, production may take longer than expected. We kindly ask for your understanding, and we will keep you informed of any delays.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 business days after shipping. Use this number to track your order on our website or the courier's site.

Address or Product Changes

Changes to the shipping address or products must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order. Processing time may extend by 1-2 business days if changes are made.

Issues with Tracking Number

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to update. Contact us if the tracking number does not work within 3 business days of receipt.
